As a Relationship Counsellor, I’ve helped and guided couples back to each other to feel that love, support and closeness again.
This ‘6 week ‘Couples Program’, to help couples and individuals through areas they want to strengthen. so their connection can feel more enriched and meaningful.
Research shows there’s a higher success rate of couples strengthening their relationship when they participate in regular couples counselling over a long period of time.
It takes this time to practice new ways of connecting with your partner on a more mature level. To learn new ways of communicating better, to practice different ways of giving and receiving affection and intimacy. It’s through showing up and being consistent in new ways of connecting, that will become your new normal in your relationship and in your lifestyle.

You have the flexibility and privacy to do In-Person, Online Zoom or both, making it accessible wherever you are in the world.

The '6 week Couples Program' includes:
Your dedicated Counsellor, Linda Kelly to guide, support and challenge you throughout your journey.
Topics covering: patterns and needs, communication, expectations and values, intimacy, balanced time, home life and family dynamics.
Relationship Satisfaction Questionnaire to identify needs, goals, problems areas and personal strengths.
Customised Plan based on your situation, needs and desired goals.
6 Couples sessions, 1 hour and 30 minutes each session, providing you with longer sessions.
In-Person or Online Telehealth or both, providing flexibility.
Daytime Appointments available Monday to Thursday.
Available Australia-wide and Internationally.
Resource Handouts, covered in each session with useful strategies and reference points for reflection.
As a Couple, you will learn to:
- Communicate in ways that help you stay present in the conversation with your partner. Feel more at ease when expressing your truth, so it helps to strengthen your interaction together, instead of arguing, feeling frustrated and alone.
- Use phrases, words and body language that keeps your conversations inviting, emotionally safe and non-judgmental.
- Manage self-regulation in heightened moments, instead of projecting onto your partner.
- Develop skills to ‘read’ your partner’s cues and for them to ‘read’ yours, so you can cut the conflict time in half and both get what you want.
- Reduce defensive behaviour to help create a neutral space without it escalating.
- Create a deeper understanding of each other, so you both feel heard, seen and valued.
- Develop new ways of negotiating (career, family, home-life, blended-families, ex-partners, in-laws, personal interests etc) so you both have your needs met.
- Learn to look at your own part and make changes to help improve the relationship.
- Practice new ways to deepen trust and become each other’s confidante.
- Become more aware of who you are as an individual and do self-reflection.
- Explore new ways of affection, intimacy and spending quality time together.
