A warm welcome, if we have not yet met

Our first initial session is an important step and yes, we’ll need a full 1 hour and 30 minutes to get started.

In our first session, there will be a lot you’ll want to discuss. As you share your story and your concerns, I’ll focus on what your needs are and what you’re wanting to achieve from us working together. From here I provide strategies for you to use right from our first session and then I provide a plan when our follow up sessons will be, all towards you getting the tools and support you need.
