Our first session together
Our first initial session together is a vitally important step towards us working together.
When you arrive to our first session, most likely there will be a lot you want to discuss, whether you are a couple or an individual.
Our first session together gives me the opportunity to understand what is happening for you, your background information, your present issues and this allows me to identify what your needs are and what you seek to achieve from us working together. From here I am able to devise a plan to help support you.
